Life Design is all about YOU.

For teens (or anyone) to be successful and make meaningful change in their lives, they first have to want to become life designers. This is why everything we do is teen-driven and teen-chosen.

Our approach consists of 4 key components:

Pause

We help teens slow down and explore their dreams.

Evaluate

Then we help them uncover their current options and create a plan.

Clarify

Teens then test + refine their plan through a series of small experiments.

Build

Ultimately, we help teens actively build a life and career they love.

Mentorship and guidance when it’s needed most.

Through Life Design coaching, students become:

  • Prepared to thrive in a world that’s very different from the one their parents grew up in…
  • Empowered to make smart, meaningful decisions aligned with a fulfilling life + career path…
  • Confident in themselves and their unique strengths, gifts, and inner wisdom.

So, how does it work?

Pause + Pathfind

One-on-one life design coaching. Includes:

  • Weekly one-on-one coaching calls for one semester (spring, summer, fall or winter) – offered via Zoom
  • A hard copy of the Designing Your Life workbook

No! We’ll help you design your life wherever you are, whether that’s in a traditional educational program or not.

We don’t put too much stock in labels 🙂 Adolescence is a phase of life that generally lasts until the early twenties. If you’re interested in our services but you’re older than 19, Designing Your Life coaching could very well be a good fit!

Pause + Pathfind sessions will focus on how to think like a designer when it comes to making life decisions. You’ll learn how to imagine a career and life that doesn’t exist yet, and then build it, all while aligning three things: who you are, what you believe, and what you are doing.

Life can be fast-paced. For people of all ages, it can feel like a bullet train hurling us along a track. This can be good, as long as we’re happy with where the train is going. We want to help young people learn to pause, clarify their beliefs, and take purposeful action to create a life where intention > inertia.

It’s time to take learning off the rails.
